This is a great deal…. reading this just shows the rise of a new business model. I have been studying WeWork’s model for months, but i discovered these guys are in debt too, even though they seem to be the only company championing this model you discussed here. I am asking if the operation cost plus the lease cost won’t over encumber the hub/company offering this space as a service and make them over charge and send away customer or undercharge and not break even?
